Sessions include strength&conditioning in the gym to help improve your performance and prevent injury, based at Club Zest all ladies gym in Fulwell, Sunderland. Running sessions can take place anywhere around South Shields or Poker sea fronts.
My name is Hannah Haldane and I have been a keen runner for about 10 years now, and proud member of my local running club South Shields Harriers which I also help to coach! In 2023 I started my small business Mammy Miles where I coach mothers to run with their babies in running buggies. My group sessions are still popular and take place around South Shields sea front on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. (Click the link below for more info on Mammy Miles!) I am now broadening my horizons and coaching women from all walks of life on a 1-2-1 basis, improving their skills or simply teaching them to run! This includes that all important strength and conditioning the gym. I am passionate about empowering women of all ages and I often find that we are are capable of so much more than we may think!
