Hi, I'm Hannah and I have been running for about 10 years now, and proud member of my local running club South Shields Harriers which I also help to coach! I love to run anything from 5k up to marathon distance and I am always chasing my own goals!

In 2023, I started Mammy Miles where I coach mothers to run with their babies in running buggies. Buggy running was and still is such a big part of my life with my own children, being able to run without the need for childcare. So I wanted to provide the opportunity for others to do the same. I provide the running buggies for rent during training sessions and my group sessions are still popular today! Aside from these groups, I also coach women from all walks of life on a 1:1 basis, improving their skills or simply teaching them to run! This includes running specific strength and conditioning, personalised plans and form analysis and correction. I am passionate about empowering women from all walks of life and I often find that we are are capable of so much more than we may think!
