0-5k/BEGINNERS

These groups are perfect for the beginner focussed on getting to that 5k goal!

The 45 minute sessions focus on building your stamina in order to reach your goal along with like minded individuals. 

Whether you are a complete beginner, have done my beginners course in the past, or you are looking to get back into running after some time out over pregnancy etc, get signed up! This is perfect for you. These classes run continuously but you only will pay for a 4 week term at a time, with the option to opt out at the end of each 4 week block when you reach your goal! You can then move on to the 5k development group!

We have classes running weekday mornings and evenings so simply choose whatever suits you - running buggy hire availble at no extra cost! See below to book.
