5K PLUS GROUP

Are you confident running 5k but you want to improve in other ways? Maybe you want to work on your speed, or you might want to increase your distance and aim for a certain race or time goal. This group develops your running skills to improve as a runner including strength and conditioning and guidance on reaching your goals. Meet some like-minded mams in this 5k Plus group! These classes run continuously but you only will pay for a 4 week term at a time, with the option to opt out at the end of each 4 week block. Weekday evening classes available with morning classes coming soon! Buggy hire at no extra cost. See below to book.
