This 1-on-1 run & gym session combo is a great opportunity if you are looking for guidance & support to improve your running & fitness. Learn to run from scratch, reach a new goal or simply improve your running skills combined with strength&conditioning now based at Club Zest all ladies gym based in Fulwell. ​

With this offer you can learn 1 on 1 with a qualified personal trainer and running leader for outdoor run coaching and indoor focussed strength at the gym to improve your overall running and prevent injury. Run coaching can be anywhere from South Shields to Roker sea fronts, with running buggy available for babies ages 6 months and over, so you can even run with your little one in tow!

Before starting, you will have a consultation with me to talk through your current fitness level and running experience, and to establish what aspects of your running you want to work on during your coaching sessions.
